Manual Order Compensation

Due to the unique nature of blockchain transfer operations (where the transfer amount is typically manually entered by users), it is unavoidable that there will be cases where the actual payment amount by the user does not match the order amount, leading to missing orders (orders failing due to timeout).

Manual Compensation Operation

Merchants can go to the merchant backend, navigate to the collection order page, find the order that needs compensation, click on Manual Processing, and choose to enter the sending address or transaction hash for manual compensation. After successful compensation, the status of the order will be callbacked as successful.
