How is the service charged?

We only charge transaction fees, with no additional fees. Newly registered merchant accounts come with a default balance of 5 USDT for development and testing purposes. This gifted balance can only be used to deduct fees and cannot be withdrawn.

Is withdrawal required?

No, it is not required. User payments go directly to the wallet address configured by the merchant. Merchant account balance can be self-recharged and withdrawn through the backend.

Why is there no callback after the user has paid?

Please verify whether the user's payment amount matches the order payment amount. In case of discrepancies, merchants can manually process it in the backend under Manual Handling.

How can I customize the checkout page?

The Order Creation interface returns complete payment data, allowing merchants to customize the checkout page according to their business needs.

How can I exchange USDT for fiat currency?

Fiat currency exchange involves identity information from bank cards or third-party payment software. To ensure platform privacy and security, we do not provide fiat currency exchange services. After withdrawing on the platform, you can exchange it for fiat currency on a cryptocurrency exchange.

How do users make payments?

After placing an order, users enter the checkout page and can use any wallet that supports the Tron network for QR code payments or directly transfer through the exchange's transfer function. The Tron official recommended wallet list can be found at: https://tron.network/wallet.

Are there fees for user payments?

No. Users may incur certain miner fees if they choose to pay via exchange or wallet transfer 🔨

Is the callback after successful user payment real-time?

How is privacy safety ensured?

We do not collect or store any sensitive data associated with merchants, including but not limited to merchant IP addresses, access times, browser header information, etc.

How can I recover my account password?

The password recovery function requires the merchant's associated phone number or email address. To ensure platform anonymity and security, we do not provide password recovery services. Please keep your account information secure to avoid unnecessary complications. In extreme cases, contact official customer service.

What are the differences between USDT.TRC20, USDT.ERC20, and USDT.Omni?

USDT.TRC20 is based on the Tron network, USDT.ERC20 is based on the Ethereum network, and USDT.Omni is based on the Bitcoin network. While there is no difference within exchanges, they are not interoperable on the blockchain. Additionally, USDT.ERC20 and USDT.Omni have slower transfer speeds (usually taking a few minutes) and higher miner fees (typically costing a few dollars), while USDT.TRC20 offers near-instant transactions with lower fees.
